Update metadata, display and branding

Step 3 of 6 in Set up the credential issuer.

The metadata settings carry:

Field	Meaning
issuerIdentifier	The public credential_issuer URL. It must be stable and externally resolvable.
displayName, displayLocale	The issuer name a wallet shows, and its locale.
signedMetadataEnabled	Whether the issuer also publishes signed metadata.
kmsResourceHandle, kmsKeyAlias	The key that signs metadata when signed metadata is enabled.

Use PATCH for a targeted change; it applies merge-patch semantics, so absent fields stay unchanged and an explicit null clears a field. Use PUT only when you intend to replace the whole resource.

Richer branding (logo, per-locale description, issuer card) lives in the issuer design, not in these settings. That is the next journey, Design the issuer. Changing issuerIdentifier after credentials were issued breaks verification of those credentials, so treat it as permanent once issuance starts.
