externalBaseUrl	Public base URL used to build verifier-facing endpoints
responseUri	Direct-post response URI advertised for wallet authorization responses
kmsResourceHandle, kmsKeyAlias	KMS key used to decrypt direct_post.jwt (JARM) responses
authBridgeClientId, authBridgeResponseUri	OAuth client used when the verifier delegates through the auth bridge
