The configuration names the HTTPS source URL, the signerAnchorIds (admitted as MDOC_VICAL_SIGNER) and the issuerAnchorIds the list may carry. Saving creates a draft trust-source revision; validate and activate it as described in Configure mdoc VICAL and CWT status.
