Remove references safely

Step 5 of 5 in Connect Azure KMS with BYOK and BYOC.

Deleting a reference removes the EDK pointer only. The Azure key or certificate stays in the vault. Before deleting, check which issuer credential configurations, status lists and verifier signing settings still select the alias; a removed reference makes those fail at signing time.

To stop using a whole provider, detach or retire the KMS resource through Platform Config rather than deleting keys one by one. Retirement is final for that handle.
