Tune token and grant settings

Step 4 of 4 in Configure the authorization server.

Token and grant settings are separate sub-resources of a hosted server. Read them first; the response shows the effective values the server applies.

The PATCH operations apply merge-patch semantics: absent fields stay unchanged. Keep access token lifetimes short for wallet sessions; a wallet issuance token is restricted to one issuance session and never authorizes administration. The console shows the same settings under Protocols > Authorization Servers > Settings.
