Derive a query from semantic-model channels

Step 3 of 4 in Author DCQL queries.

Both operations require the semantic-modeling.v1 feature and resolve the tenant from the session. Each version-pinned channel reference contributes one credential query, with its format, vct or doctype and claim paths taken from the channel's claim mappings.

Preview runs the full projection and returns the query, per-credential provenance and warnings without writing. Author stores the same result under the queryId you supply and records REQUEST-role usage lineage; authoring an existing id appends a version.
